Principally, everyone aims a house as a place to live until grown old. Precision is needed In order to found a durable and comfortable house. The preciseness does not only paying attention to the physical aspects of the house but considering to non-physical aspects. This essay will explore which side is more crucial in choosing a house: the location or the size?

Strategic location is an important stage in choosing a house. The phrase 'strategic' refers to an element that has an impact on a certain purpose in the long-term. The more strategic the location of the house, the extra benefits and conveniences that can be obtained by the owner. The social environment is also greatly influenced by the location of the house. Do not allow the location of the house to make the residents feel insecure and uncomfortable because of the unfavorable environment.

An ideal house is a house that can meet the necessity of its residents. Determining the ideal size of a house is not a simple matter. Essentially, the size of a house must be adjusted to the number of people who will live in it. When the size of the house is inadequate it will reduce the convenience level of its residents conversely, if the size of the house is too spacious then the function of some rooms will not be efficient even be useless. Nevertheless, there are no specific standards that determine the size of an ideal house.

House is the main place for everyone. People have a different view in selecting a house. Having a house in a strategic location is not enough and having an ideal or large size house is not sufficient also. Therefore, blending and finding a strategic location with an ideal size for a house is a perfect preferred.
