    Nowadays the Internet becoming one of the most important things that people can live without. The phrase ‘internet’ refresh to the worldwide system of computer networks which can communicate with one and other. This essay will explore the positive and negative side of the internet.

    The Internet makes people easier to communicate with each other. As a result of this, people can change the information in a very short time. Besides that, the internet also makes users easy to get all the information that they need. In the workplace everything is demanded must be quickly and efficiently, with the presence of the internet making the employee more easier to complete their assignments easily and efficiently. The workers can do their jobs easily with the internet connection on their computers, even today meetings can be done remotely using the internet connection. 

   It cannot be denied that the internet makes users addicted. Uncontrolled using the internet can interfere with the user’s mentality. For example, many young people do not control their internet usage and cause them ignoring their environment. Besides that, the use of uncontrolled and excessive internet can reduce the health of its users. The internet emits radiation to its users on the condition of that using an internet connection excessively can disrupt the user's health, as it can interfere with eye health.

    In conclusion, the presence of the internet is very helpful for users to make many things easier. But everything excessive is not a good thing. Same with the internet, excessive use of the internet will damage the mentality and even disturb the health of its users. Therefore, be a wise user.
